Prescribing Policy

Repeat prescriptions are not accepted over the telephone unless a patient is housebound.

Patients are requested to return the slip attached to their prescription either by post or by handing in to the surgery. Prescriptions will be ready for collection 48 hours later (not counting weekends).

If a stamped addressed envelope is supplied, we will be happy to post out prescriptions. Prescriptions must be collected between the hours of 8.30am-10.30am and 4pm-6pm.

Please note that repeat prescriptions cannot be ordered via email or this website.
