Complaints

Please inform Elaine McNicol, our Practice Manager, when the problem
has arisen.

She will try to resolve your complaint straight away.

If the problem cannot be sorted out immediately we will keep you
informed of our investigation.

If you do not feel that we have resolved the matter to your satisfaction,
you have the right to complain to Linda Stitt, Complaints Manager
at the Strategic Health Authority. Details can be found on our complaints
sheet.
