Age Concern services

2 January 2014

Age Concern provides a wide range of services in Liverpool, including home care, cleaning services, and help with writing wills.

Patient Representative Group

We are keen to hear what our patients have to say about our service and wherever possible wish to involve patients in service development. To this end we have a Patient Representative Group. The next meeting is on Wednesday the 3rd of September at 11am and you are very welcome to come and join us.  The purpose of the group is:-

  • To be a voice for patients
  • To provide a link service for patients with the practice/advocacy role
  • Support the practice with new developments
  • Provide feedback to the practice
  • Provide suggestions on how patient services could be improved

What is Patient Access?

With Patient Access, depending on the services enabled at the surgery, you can:

  • Book new appointments without having to phone. Please note this service will be available after the installation of our new computer system.
